Religare Enterprises

Recently, Religare Enterprises was put under the radar as the Enforcement Directorate filed a complaint against it. The Mumbai Police have registered a case of FIR against three other high-ranking officials of the company for falsely accusing the Burman brothers. It can also affect the company’s stocks as mentioned in this development below. 

Suzlon Energy

In this context, it is pertinent to discuss that Suzlon Energy has a big wind energy deal, which is the largest order in the wind energy sector in India. This will involve the firm placing 370 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) for NTPC Green Energy Limited as well as Indian Oil NTPC Green Energy. This large order that comes to amount to 1166 MW could improve the company’s market standing and its stock value. 

Lemon Tree Hotels

Lemon Tree Hotels launched a new joint venture, and now signed licenses for a Lemon Tree Hotel in Nashik in Maharashtra. Currently, under construction, this property will comprise 57 hotel rooms and other facilities such as a restaurant, bar, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, and Spa which are planned to be operational by FY26. PNB Housing Finance

The board of directors of PNB Housing Finance has provided a green signal to the company to mobilize non-convertible debentures up to Rs 2,500 crore. It is believed that this course of action will increase the company’s access to more capital and has implications on this financial solidity and share price.

GMR Airports Infrastructure

GMR Airports Infrastructure will purchase a minority 10% stake in Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) from Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide for an amount of $ 126 million. DIAL is an organization of GMR Airports and as of now, GMR airports own 64 percent of the stakes of DIAL. 

HG Infra Engineering

HG Infra Engineering said that it has secured Rs 781 crore to fund the remaining section of the project. With the MoRTH the company has signed the 11-crore contract for the upgradation of the NH 47. 

Infosys

SEBI in this regard on September 9 withdrew certain restrictions put on 16 entities in a case involving alleged insider trading activity in IT major’s shares involving some ex-employees of Infosys. The same regulator also ordered that the prohibition imposed on six entities by the interim order, as well as the confirmatory order, would cease with the said order and, therefore, put an end to the matter. 

Tata Power

Tata Power operates TP Solar Ltd., which is fast becoming one of the largest cell and module makers based in India and has started producing solar cells at its plant in Tamil Nadu. The development is expected to spur local production of cells and modules used to make electricity from the sunlight.
