The first one is the Landmark Avana in Sector 95 which is DDJAY which has 228 floors and 170 plots. Spread over fifteen acres of land, it comprises the least density at the highest quality which is making revenue of around 700 crore and the construction is expected to be completed in the year 2028.
The second ongoing project is Landmark Springhomes 81 which is located in sector 81 of Gurugram. ; This area contains 694 units of houses for living purposes and a floor area of 33 000 sq. sq. m of commercial use, with supply anticipated to be complete by December 2024.
